Thanks for having Danny on. As a firm owner for the last 16 years, this debate about phone calls is constant in my office and I couldn’t agree more with everything Danny said. There are simply some conversations that need to happen live such as prepping, debriefing and negotiating offers and contracts. Much of our younger generation does not possess this skill set and its so impossible to teach if they dont want to pick up the phone. Phone calls improve sales and closing skills and ultimately will increase earnings.

I will be adding this session to my onboarding training for new recruiters. Thank you!!
